Dustin is amazing; no other way to put it. I called at 10a, asked if he has any openings for an oil change/rotation and how quick can he get me out. He said 45 minutes. By the time I got there, he had to get a special filter for my Volks, check out…I was outta there by 11. A man of his word. Been going to him for awhile now…his customer service is consistently great. I only take my cars to him…says enough right there.

Great place to get your oil changed at fast didn’t have to wait long really good service, reasonable prices and affordable. Great customer service very friendly employees. Dustin is the GoTo guy thank you for your help and advice with my car care. I’ll definitely be back in the future!!

Excellent professional and friendly service. Best prices in town and most honest diagnostics I received, other places quoted me items not really needed and their bottom line was more than 3 times what I paid here. I had really good experiences when this location first opened. Unfortunately, the last time I was there left a bad taste. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the person working at the time came in and stated I needed to have my transmission fluid flushed. Luckily for me, I had that done at the dealer two months prior. I asked him how he came to that conclusion and he said “the mileage.” Didn’t ask if I’ve had it done, didn’t inspect the fluid, etc. just straight to recommending several hundred extra dollars worth of work due to the mileage. I told him I just had it done and he didn’t really have much to say after that. I was willing to give them another chance due to my great earlier experiences. I had such a great experience at Break Masters thanks to Dustin! He was super professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. You can tell he really cares about customers and knows his stuff. Honestly, they should make him store manager — he’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back.
