Brake World: Complete Auto Care

They are incredibly nice, patient and good at what they do. Explains things so you can understand. My brother recommended this place based on his experience, noting their honesty and performance. I drove to Brake World from my house, a 35 minute ride and I was beyond satisfied with my service. The owners daughter was on the ceiling! Family photos on the wall. Price was beyond fair! I would drive an hour if I had too. I don’t review too many things, I felt I had to review this place.

If you can, get there early. They have a small waiting room, and the team always takes care of you. I came in on short notice when nobody else could take me for hours. I had a tire with a slow leak and a sick child I needed to take to the doctor. Eli immediately accommodates me and within a half hour my tire was plugged and we were on our way. The price was excellent too.

Update based on company response - yes this is indeed the correct company. Eli was working (nice try on damage control though) Took my car here for an inspection and asked them to replace both fog lights as one was out - during the inspection they said I needed a new battery, front and back brakes. Long story short - they didn’t replace my burned out fog light because when you “tap it,” it turns on. I made them replace it after I went to pick up my car and learned the light still wasn’t working. And THEN had to wait an hour for the bulb to arrive at their shop. Needless to say, they never replaced the other fog light like I asked. To make matters worse, my breaks are squeaky. Took my car to Nissan who told me the previous mechanic never sanded my rotors and that’s why they’re squeaking.

I had an oil change and i thought from my research that my Mercedes Gle 450 only took 6 courts of oil which and my light kept coming on saying add a quart so in all actuality from there research based on brake worlds calculations and research they found out that my Mercedes takes 9 quarts of oil I did naturaly add a quart rode a block and the light still came on they added 3 more quarts based on there findings and left the readings on the display showing the difference and I was surely impressed love them for that
