I requested an estimate online and received a quick response from Senior Customer Service Rep Jessica H., who provided the estimate and scheduled my appointment via email at my preferred location—very convenient with my work schedule. She was great to work with. The staff at the shop were professional and friendly. They clearly explained what I needed, showed me the condition of my old brakes, and kept me updated throughout my visit. The wait time was short, and both the front desk associate and manager were welcoming and accommodating. I appreciated being able to use my husband’s veteran discount. However, I noticed other reviews mention a 10% discount, and I received about 4.9%, I’m not sure if that was an error. Overall, I’m thankful my brakes are done. *Update That generic reply to my

Brian and his crew Chris, Isaac and Nick helped me tremendously! So friendly and professional! I came in with an appointment for a free break inspection and ended up getting service there. Price was very reasonable. I didnt know they closed at 4:30 but the guys didnt complain or even tell me. They just did their job as quickly as possible. We all went home late but I now have a safe vehicle to ride in. Thank you so much guys! Ill definitely be back to this location if need be!

Very easy and painless service. Made an appointment for 0800 for new brakes and brake fluid flush, was done by 0945. Brian was awsome as was the tech who worked on my car. Will come when when needed!!
