Brakes 4 Less

You can tell the job was done right because the service on my brakes and rotors was great! I’m literally two weeks late leaving this review, but I couldn’t bring myself not to say something. Ervin and his crew were excellent very professional and transparent about the brake service. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. What I appreciated most is that they weren’t trying to run me for my money or add anything unnecessary. That kind of honesty goes a long way. If you need your brakes or rotors done, definitely check out Urgent Care Auto. They took great care of my Honda and made the whole process smooth and stress free.

They checked out my concerns, brought me back into the shop so I was able to take pictures of work that was done at the previous shop, and they were just so pleasant so patient and kind and very informative. I wish I had taken my car there first. Thanks Ervin and team members.

I had a great experience. I knew going in, it was going to be a pretty penny just by the quotes I was given at other locations. Not only were the prices here well within reason but every individual who works here is very knowledgeable and respectful. There's nothing they can't do that won't be done at the highest level. Ervin - and his whole team were so kind and so pleasant to me. This was my first time here and I am not a native to the south so their southern hospitality was very much appreciated - He kept it real and showed me exactly what was going on with my brake system and advise me on the fixes that I could bake, but was not pushy at all. He stated that my car was special and required a certain type of brake pad that at the time he didn’t have so he was able to get it for me within 30 minutes and fix my brakes accordingly and he not only was able to complete the job, but did not charge me for any of the more expensive parts as he kept calling my car special. I will choose to take my car here over going to the Toyota dealership any day
