Outstanding service! It was my first time here and Blake and his team did an amazing job, and they were all very professional which made a really great first impression on me. In telling me what the problem was right away, and even trying to their hardest to search high and low for the lowest best prices on parts, with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend this place for you car needs!

Came in because I was having a loud sound when I backed up. Chris at the front set me up and after checking my vehicle the Store Manager Blake spoke with me and was honest that I didn't have any issues with my brakes and that everything was good and would be no charge. I fearful of going to any place because I know most will find some reason to get money from you but I must say I do like the honesty and transparency. I will definitely come back if I have any issues.

Went to Brakes Plus Arlington. The place was nice, neat and clean. The S. Cooper Rd Team was friendly and helpful. Blake took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and how it would be fixed. They got me in and out the door quickly with a smile. Thanks Blake and Team your work and customer service was amazing.

Great experience at Brake Plus in Arlington, TX. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional. They explained everything clearly, including the vehicle inspection, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. Service was fast, fairly priced, and my car feels great. Honestly wasn’t my go to place to get my inspection completed (I’m a creature of habit) my go to place was closed so I just went here because, why not give them a try? Went inside and told them what I needed, they said can do! A few minutes later I’m out of there with a task completed faster than expected and pain free. It didn’t hurt me to try this place, give ‘em a shot!
