I purchased a Mini Cooper Clubman JCW from Ridgeline Automotive at the beginning of September, my 4th Mini, and I love it. I bought it out of state, and the document delivery was fast. After a post-purchase inspection, my local dealer found the front brake pads were below minimum and a brake light was broken, which made the car unsafe and not legal to drive. At first, Ridgeline said the car was sold as is and wouldn’t cover the repairs, but after some back and forth, Justin listened and sent me a check to cover the repair costs. There was a small hiccup with delivery of the vehicle, but that wasn’t their fault. I really appreciate how they handled everything and put safety first. They are a reputable broker and showed real integrity throughout the process.
