Manager Kory was fantastic to work with! Honest and beyond fair pricing! Saved about $150 bucks on some steering work, wheel alignment and a few other miscellaneous items after the FREE inspection! Work was done back in December but it’s been on my mind to get online and give a race review. Better late than never! Go give them your business! Oh even coupons on their website that you can use for extra savings!

I used to go in to this Brakes Plus a lot. For everything from transmission work to exhaust work and brakes. The guys at the desk and in the shop were always super helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. They would work with me on cost (I'm not made out of money) and they would show me what kind of repairs needed to be done. The work was done well and at a good price. That whole crew of good guys is gone now and been replaced with another bunch that are anything but helpful. $500 to have a new battery put in? and that's just the battery! Emily said that was if they didn't find anything else wrong. I'm guessing they would find all kinds of things wrong to charge me for. I'll just skip Brakes Plus now. You lost a good customer.

We walked in without an appointment and they were able to give our can an inspection after a previous inspection and quote we received. They saw the same things and worked with us on the price. Started working on it immediately and even allowed our cats to run around the lobby since we had them with us to keep them out of the heat. They’ve got free water and coffee available. Overall great experience, service & prices provided!

Same day diagnosis and repair. Cory was super helpful—explained my options and answered my questions. The repair took a bit longer than expected but he stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location.

I had just had four new tires installed on my Tundra and was in need of an alignment. The crew at Brakes Plus were able to work me into their extremely busy day and get the job done. The shop was busy with many types of repairs, and I witnessed them patiently explaining both the problems and the solutions to the constant flow of customers. Two busy crew members, John and Steve, took the time to apologize to me for the wait and explain where my vehicle was in the process. I didn't find the wait excessive. They were busy and fitting me in on the same day I had called. A certain amount of waiting is to be expected. Not only did they align my truck and (again, patiently) explain the readout of the alignment numbers to (a very non-technical) me, but they went above and beyond, fixing a windshie
