I had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Duncanville! The pricing was very reasonable, and setting my appointment was quick and hassle-free. They got me in and out faster than I expected, which I truly appreciated. The customer service was excellent — professional, courteous, and clear about what was needed. I never felt pressured, and they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. My only suggestion would be for a more detailed cleaning of the restroom, especially since there is only one shared by both men and women. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and would definitely return and recommend this location to others!

My car was serviced my Scott, the Store Manager in Duncanville, Texas. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am and the service was on time! Scott gave me great recommendations and I actually got to see underneath my car 😁. It needs a little TLC and I’m so glad I came here. The staff is very professional, attentive and responsive. Look at the rating and you can align your expectations there because this place is super reasonable considering the excellent service and consideration they will provide every single customer. I can say that from experience just by Interacting with other customers who were themselves repeat return customers. Scott and his team will help solve your problem and not in a way that you pay for unnecessary repairs just for the sake of having business. Thank you for your help getting us back on the road today.

This was my very first time going to Brakes Plus. The experience was an exhaling experience, for a lack of a better word. From the time I walked in the door yesterday to today’s scheduled appointment, my experience has been pleasant. The first thing I noticed when walking in the building was how clean it was. Emeka was the very first associate that I met. He met me with such professionalism and patience. He was honest to let me know the wait that I would have, and offered to schedule me first thing in the morning. Upon my schedule appointment, manager Scott was very friendly. During the appointment he walked me through the process of my car maintenance issues, letting me know the concerns and made recommendations.
