Brakes Plus

I have waited a while to do this review. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an appointment at 8 AM to have my brakes and only my brakes replaced. I sat in the shop for eight hours for them to replace my brakes. They tried to upsell me the most expensive brakes which I declined. Around 3 PM he tells me that they replaced the brakes, but I needed new rotors. I was reluctant because I was aware that I did not need rotors, but the manager insisted that I did. With a lot of uncertainty, I agreed to have the front rotors Replaced. Around 5:30 PM they tell me that my car is ready. They pull it around front And immediately I noticed that the rotors are shaved down, unevenly to the point where you can see a lump In the rotor itself. I grabbed the manager as soon as I noticed this
