I have been going to Brakes Plus in Littleton Colorado on West Remington for 2 years. I believe the corporate office and future customers should know how great the local manager, Ruben Velasco is. Every time I have been in he treats me like I am family. He always is patient, caring and kind. In this day and age when it is hard to find people that are trustworthy and fair, especially in the car repair business, Ruben Velasco is amazing. I am taking time to write so you will appreciate what a tremendous person and worker he is. I am getting nothing in return for writing this, I just believe he is worth the time to explain how valuable he is. Thank you.

Great experience at the Remington location in Littleton. We can't say enough great things about their customer service and attention to detail. They explained everything regarding the work that needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner with updates on when the work was to be completed. We highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity.

Best brakes plus FOR MILES. They always give the best service, always willing to help. The GM Ruben is one of the best humans I have ever dealt with when it comes to cars. I was very dissatisfied with a different location and service, they made it right at this location and I haven't been anywhere else since.

Ruben and his team went out of their way to help diagnose a problem that was tricky and intermittent. Kevin at the front desk was very patient with me and extremely helpful. I have come to this location for several years and have never been disappointed. In this case, once we finally figured out the problem, my diagnostic fee was waived in order to apply that money towards parts and labor for a new starter. I highly recommend this location!
