BrakesToYou Mobile Brake Repair

BUYER BEWARE! I scheduled their mobile brake service to fix a squeak in my brakes. I was incredibly patient while they kept telling me there was a “wear in period” that never ended. They promised a plan “by tomorrow” multiple times and I got no callback. I have documented chats showing the first mechanic was fired for being unqualified and the second still installed pads and rotors incorrectly. The squeak remains. They refuse to honor the warranty they advertise. Unreliable and not professional. Company has ceased responding and we are now having to dispute the charges with our credit card company. This is sad, we were so patient with them and over and over allowed more time for them to do the right thing. But they have shown that their plan is to just ignore us until the warranty period

I had made an appointment with them and verified the price both on the phone and again by email. They had quoted $790 for labor plus 4 rotors, then they quoted $540 for just labor. Since I already had the rotors, I opted for labor only. A few hours later after booking and confirming twice, they called back and wanted for $750 for labor. 4 coated rotors do not cost $40. They cost nearly $400 for my vehicle. Clearly they were attempting to take advantage of me. Addition to my original review due to their response: Their response is a blatant lie. I did not switch anything. I asked questions about the specific parts they would use, which they would not answer. Thus, I went with labor only. It was my first time to Dave’s Mobile brake, I went for an oil change. Did an awesome job. Didn’t take that long to do. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is awesome. I will come back for more services. I do recommend it…. if you need any type of repairs bring it here…👍
