Brandon Tomes Subaru Parts Department

Moved to the area about a year ago and made my first visit to Brandon Tomes this week for a warranty repair on my Ascent. Given the nature of my visit, I wasn't expecting much. I was blown away by how I felt like I was part of the family coming all my life. They gave me a loaner, even though I was expecting to wait and work from the waiting room. When I picked up my car about 24 hours later, they had cleaned it inside and out. I was shocked. I have two small kids. When I switched over the car seats to the loaner I was adding "vacuum snacks up" to my to do list. From Dylon who looked after my service, to everyone that saw along the way, I felt at home. I'll always be back.

Lizzie and Marcus were both a huge help to get my Outback serviced. Both of them are excellent and made sure I was taken care of.

I had the pleasure of working with Keisha and Bimi at the Subaru dealership. Although we didn’t finalize a deal, they provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They were very patient and attentive, taking the time to carefully guide me through the car testing process. They even let me drive the BRZ over to Toyota to compare it with the GR86. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I will continue to monitor their inventory, and when I find the right BRZ, I will definitely come back to purchase it from them. Thank you, Keisha and Bimi, for making this experience so positive!
