I was there for regular servicing but I told them that one of my keys is no longer working since the last time I took the car for a recall visit at another dealer. Evan and his staff Jonathan went above and beyond, they reset and re-sync the key to make sure it works. Very happy with the service and the friendliness they provided in that dealership. Will certainly recommend to friends and families when thinking about buying or servicing a VW.

It doesn't matter what problem you come here with, even if it's something obvious and you just need to fix it - they will first charge you for diagnostics (some unrealistic amount) and then for repairs, by the way the repairs are overpriced than in other shops. So if it's not covered with a warranty, my advice- better to go somewhere else. And the guys who take the cars in for service (I don't remember their names) are trying to make us idiots. I can assure you that not all the people who come to you have a poor understanding of cars and mechanics. I understand that everyone has to make money, but sometimes you have to remain human too.

Bryan C with service was extremely helpful getting the bumperdillo installed on my brand new VW atlas. They had a power outage the night before which really set them back, but Bryan was able to get my vehicle serviced and returned to me same day as promised. Great job all around - we only go to Brandon Tomes. Thanks Bryan!
