Brandons Automotive Roadside showed up quickly, tested my Jeep Battery even attempted a Jump but recommended it be replaced. Its the original battery I've had for 7 years so it was time. Glad to give a local owned shop the business and they replaced it right on the spot. Talk about amazing service 5 star service. Technician was knowledgeable and repair took only a few minutes. I can continue on with my night. Thank you!

Our car broke down outside Albany on a Sunday morning, and Brandon showed up within 20 minutes of our call. In what could have been a very stressful situation, he was calm, kind, and reassuring from the moment he arrived. He quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed it right there, and then had us drive behind him for a bit just to make sure everything was truly okay. That extra care meant a lot. Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful- we’re grateful for his service and recommend him!

Brandon was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. He drove out to me to do my oil change. He was very honest and transparent as I asked questions about what he was doing and the car itself he walked through everything he was doing, and never trying to throw in and sell me unnecessary things. He even warned me about my engine coolant level and told me how I can do that myself. Fantastic guy, and fantastic work! I would have him as my personal mechanic if I could!
