I always buy my oil here to do my oil changes. It's so much cheaper and it's actually Honda rather than something from AutoZone or advanced Even with their oil change special. I'll continue to buy my engine oil here
It’s a wonderful building and great staff. The recent service appointment was made because my Local to me mechanic is on vacation and I’m leaving for vacation too. The cost of additional suggested service caught me off guard that day. I will continue my local mechanic service and return to this dealership if I have to in the future.
Had a great experience with the service department at Rensselaer Honda. Ralph was fantastic. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. Resolved my concern quickly and professionally. Thank you Ralph!!
