Today was my first time going to this location and it was definitely worth the trip. I told them what part I was looking for and they printed out the approximate location to find the matching vehicles. I will definitely visit again when I need special parts.

After an Online payment for parts and promised to pick them up the-same day, dealer kept hanging up calls on me with no clear explanation. They equally decided to delay my refund to help me get the parts somewhere else! Worse experience I ever had!!

Billy is RUDE and unprofessional…doesn’t have any customer service manners, only thing I wanted was a estimate time frame on the part I wanted to be pulled, and he’s trying to tell me he can’t tell the future…as a PAYING CUSTOMER, a time frame shouldn’t be a big deal to comprehend. Really really rude

Went there today and Mr BILLY is angel sent. I called ahead of time to ensure they had what I needed. His customer service is outstanding. Treated me like a daughter and I appreciate him. Definitely recommend for your auto parts.
