Wow.... I called knowing that I'd probably not get service today as it's a Sunday. I expected a no. What I didn't expect was the reply to my question of "is the shop open and operating today!" to be "what do you need done?" I replied with "I just need my driver side brakes done on my truck." To my shock this man actually said " nope I'm not available for any kinda service until Wednesday, get someone else to do it! Again I didn't expect service today, and even though I was hoping to get service, I knew there was a low chance! But I didn't expect such blatant rudeness either. If the website has operating hours I'd have not called at all.

Absolutely wonderful staff and service. Very thourough. Eddie confirmed the price that he gave me over the phone. He showed me the old part that he took off and explained exactly what he was doing. Absolutely competitive pricing but the customer service was priceless. If you are ever in the area of Anniston or Oxford, stop by and be a witness to the GREAT experience I had.

Had a bad alternator on our way to Alabama from Florida the owner Eddie was very kind and had us back on the road in about 2 1/2 hours. Price was reasonable quality work.
