It was easy to make service appointment. My service started promptly at the scheduled time. The staff was friendly amd courteous. The restroom and waiting area were very clean. The coffee was great too. My service was completed in 1 hour. I definitely would recommend getting your car serviced here. I always do.

I have bought a couple of new cars. One that turned out to be a lemon. So I have had experiences with service departments. I have to say unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience at this one. I felt like I was bothering the people that worked there. Yes I had an appointment. I had no idea what they were going to do and I even told them it was my first service appointment. I was asked do you want a tire rotation. I said sure. Then the door was closed on me. I waited an hour which was not bad. Called my name my car was done. Walkes to the counter and the gentleman sitting there said hold on she's on the phone. I was like well ok. She hung up gave me a bill I paid it. She said keys are in it. Just like that. You have the best workers. They are all so nice to people. They go above and beyond to make people happy. I had an oil and filter change. Quick in and out. If they think you are going to be their long they let you know a head of time. Buster miles is best for car maintenance.

Fred and his team are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They treat you Ike a person and not like a transactional. They reached out to me to inform me about a recall. They continued to reach out until I was able to make an appointment.
