The front office team is very rude when dealing with customers. They were too busy for a quick oil change on Monday afternoon. The office smelled a little like stale funyuns. They had to make sure a titled money order to them "cleared" the bank (aka cash that 1200 deposit check) before handing over the keys. Just all around poor customer service and upkeep of vehicles. I'm pretty sure the guy who changes the oil there left his doctors appointments in the sunglass holder. I'll never do business with them and suggest a well written report to the better business office as the next steps. Okay, I'll do that, hahaha.

We had a rental at enterprise and when I got to Branson I called them and asked if my car was ready, they told me they had over booked and that my conformation meant nothing. I looked everywhere for a car and seen this place. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The car was nice and we had a great experience! I would definitely use them again!

Best experience I've ever had in getting a car. I would highly recommend them! And scheduling oil change was done with ease. They even called me to set up appt in advance.

Iv been with them for 3 years and just recently paid off my car through them and they have been absolutely amazing! They are very friendly and great people in general! Thave always been up front and honest with me with repairs. They take care of the title, the tags and if you ever get into an accident Angie takes care of all the insurance stuff and you don't have to worry about a thing! I will be buying another car through them hopefully in the verynear future!!

Please save yourself some time and don’t rent from this car lot , awful customer service they are very rude workers and they are a big ripoff !! Cars are older model and they are way over price it’s plenty much more I can say worse experience ever with this car place . they charge way too much for their cars and they only want do the oil change ( and the guy barely be in ) you have to put down 1100 or more just to get car and they don’t explain everything to you when getting a car so unprofessional 0/10 recommend!! charge you just for any and everything and they only sale older model cars ..
