Ive been looking for a relible mechanics close to Mesa Az and they were referred by a very nice gentleman who offered to help me when my car stopped in front of their home. He called Orlando from BravoM and recommended to go to their shop next day. I met Jack and diagnosed my car, gave me an reasonable estimate to fix my car. A few days later im back on the road and my car drives like new again. I know it. Wasn’t an easy work but Jack and Orlando find a way to fix it. These guys know what they’re doing and I feel they are very honest and accommodating to their customer. I wish them very well and to keep up the good work. I highly recommend BravoM to anyone looking for a great and honest mechanic.

I have had a few repairs done here and plan on doing more soon, and they have helped me greatly with identifying what needed my attention first and what all needed repair in general. They are very friendly and even helped me tow my car out of a O'Reillys parking lot when my park-neutral safety switch was fried. They have let me bring my own parts in the past, but I am not sure if they have changed their policy or plan on updating it but it helped when I was able to find a part for cheaper then what they had to offer. They offer reasonable prices for being a 3-person operation and have always had my car done a day or even earlier than they promised me.

This is the kind of auto repair shop my Dad sent me to when I was a teenager and we lived in a place where my Dad and his 13 siblings knew everyone in town... They will NOT rip you off, or gaslight you for being female, they really know what they're doing, they love doing it, and they are not beholden to some greedy company or dealership. I'm old now, and it's been a long time since I've found a shop like this, mechanics who know what they're doing and love the puzzle of every weird auto problem, working in their own (not corporate rip-off owned!) shop where they are allowed to treat the customer right and charge a fair price.
