Breeze Thru Car Wash - Laramie

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE – MY CAR WAS DAMAGED! I went through this wash on 11/5 for the free wash, and it turned into a nightmare. When my car came out, my brand new license plate was completely mangled — it looked like it had been through a garbage disposal. I had just received these new plates and planned to keep them as a keepsake before moving, so seeing them destroyed was honestly heartbreaking. But it gets worse — the wash also ripped the weather stripping off both sides of my car’s roof. Now I’m looking at an expensive repair bill for something that should’ve been a simple, harmless car wash. I’m devastated, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do not risk your car here. While the car wash itself is fairly smooth and quick, the head management of Breeze were poor at addressing an issue and ultimately failed in both promotional clarity and customer service following the opening of the new Laramie location. The Laramie location opened at the beginning of November offering free washes. When I went that first week to take advantage of the free wash, I was told of a promotional offer of $5 for any plan for the first month which I thought might be a limited time only offer. I signed up for the $5 first-month promotional membership on November 4th. What I did not know was that Breeze Thru would offer complimentary washes for the first three weeks after opening. This overlap meant that I paid $5 for a service that was free to all customers for the majority of my

Decent newer car wash in town. Never a long line to use it. I would never pay the single wash price. It's expensive I believe $10. I bought the unlimited monthly wash discount deal. I usually wash the car 3 times a week. I live on very dusty road and my white SUV gets very dusty and muddy.

It should be noted that we received a wash today for free via their SMS promotion. TL;DR: It’s mediocre—nothing exceptional. I’m glad we didn’t pay for it. Probably won’t pay for a wash here in the future. The cons: Listen to the reviews about the bent license plates. Our front one got bent too. The car wash also took our rear windshield wiper off; luckily, we were able to reattach and get it working again. (But it’s not something you should have to do at a car wash!) The employee who approached us and asked about our experience offered a half-hearted apology before immediately walking away, not providing any remediation. The staff at this location truly make the wash such a fun and friendly experience! I’m so excited to have a great car wash in Laramie and will stop here again when I’m traveling through.
