Was really upset with them,told me that they would call me back and never did,and it's not the first time

Both of the service people I dealt with were very friendly, good listeners and trying to be very helpful. I came in late on a Friday so, as expected at a busy dealership, they weren't able to get to me asap. But to my surprise Monday morning at 9 a.m. I got a text with an expected fix and associated costs. This is quite impressive, considering that I called around a lot of local shops and nobody would answer and the ones who did said they basically don't want my business because they have a 2 week backlog already. So I really commend the dealership for the speed at which they were able to get back to me with a diagnosis. However for an $200 part (top rated part on Amazon is $85) and maybe two, three, at most, four hours of Labor I thought the price was beyond excessive ($1500) and cho

Collision department does exceptional quality work; however, failed miserably in communication and customer relations! You have to pull teeth to get in touch with someone and nobody knows anything except for one specific person that’s never around. If you leave messages more than likely you’ll have to call back because no one returns phone calls. My car was in this shop for 2 months and I had to bring it back to the shop the following Wednesday at 8am per Stewart, I called around 4 that day to see if my car was finish and only then I was informed that my car wasn’t even looked at. Service Department is no better I stayed on hold for 20 plus minutes and just hung up. I’m an advocate in doing business locally but this is my last time dealing with Dodge.

Although it took a month to get my truck repaired it was done really well as far as I can tell. They had also cleaned it up nicely too. Left a 1 star review a few days ago and im retracting that review!!! I am very happy with the work that was done, Best things come to those who wait!!!! Thank you guys at the Brenham Dodge service center!!!

This body shop did a great job with repairing my car after hitting a deer it looks great it was in the shop for a little over a month due to insurance giving them a hard time about a few things so it made the process take longer wasn’t their fault but Keith and the body shop manager worked very hard communicating back and fourth with them and me to get things figured out I would highly recommend using their services they’re willing to work with you thank you guys so much
