Band on tour - literally right after we got a new transmission back home our bus broke down on the way to New Orleans and we got towed into Brett’s. Since we are a touring band we live out of the bus. Brett and his team got to work right away on our vehicle and found that our transmission was anything but new. A few components had been replaced but overall we did not have a new trans. We had to have the entire transmission redone at Brett’s shop and it is now working flawlessly. It took 4 days to get everything straight and during that time Brett allowed us to live in his shop and sleep In our bus nightly. They literally lowered the vehicle from the lift daily for us. Brett’s Truck & Transmissions are probably one of the best shops if not the best shop that I have seen in along time. This would be the reason I drive two hours from Nashville, Tn. just for him to work on my truck. I do this because Nashville is full of shade tree mechanic shops and the dealerships just want to up sell you on stuff that you don’t really need. Brett is very knowledgeable and thorough with his service. He was up front with what I needed to do with my truck to get the most out of my money. He also scheduled an appointment for my truck and completed it in a timely fashion as discussed (Unlike a dealership that takes your vehicle in and doesn’t work on it for a week or two). Brett's shop is the place to go if you want honest good work, from my 6.4 build to the normal maintenance on our other vehicles he delivers every time. Fantastic work, extremely knowledgeable, absolutely fair prices, and no up-sale pressure.
