Arrived early for my oil change and multi point inspection , not a problem was able to start my work earlier than my appointment was set. Work was completed with in an hour. During inspection they noticed I needed a new cabin air filter. They called me to confirm before installing which I much appreciated. Someone from the service department went over the details of the vehicle check-up sheet with me which I like that they take the time to go her with me. Great service as usual been coming here since 2011 without disappointment. Kudo’s to LC Ford in Henderson!!

I called and spoke with Kelby in service about a check engine light on my truck. While on the phone he was able to see the problem on his computer. He advised it was a software glitch and he had a TSB on the problem. He further advised to keep driving the truck and stop by anytime and he would correct the issue. I drove to Lonnie Cobb Ford the next morning. Kelby reprogrammed the ECM on my truck which took less than an hour. He was very gracious in explaining the process and corrective action necessary to clear the check engine light. I was on my way with very high confidence in my F250, sooner than I expected. I highly recommend Lonnie Cobb Ford for sales and service. They do not disappoint.
