We had an amazing experience with Bretz! We found our trailer on line, during the week, and started a text conversation with Kevin Watt. Kevin was extremely accommodating to our schedule, and considerate of our time. We were able to hold the trailer with a minimal deposit until we could get there to see it. We spoke several times during the wait time, and Kevin was always available for us. Each time we spoke he was very informative and professional. He even took videos while narrating and pointing items out for us, to make us even more comfortable with the trailer while being held. We met a few days later in person, and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain so much to us about this trailer, and RV's in general. Absolutely great staff and very helpful. Christian listen to what I wanted and had the perfect rv picked for me before I arrived. Joy and the rest of the staff where very pleasant to work with and always friendly and extremely helpful. The service department is another story the worst i ve ever seen. They will lie then try to cover it up. So unfortunately after dealing with the best sales staff ever the service department made it very hard to even consider ever going back. I will be highly recommending them.

Bretz made purchasing a travel trailer easy. On the day you arrive to pick up your trailer, you are treated like royalty. They send an entire team of professional and friendly people to make sure you know everything you need to know about your new trailer. If you choose to add some extras, they send yet another team to get them installed. Every single Bretz employee we worked with made this a positive and pleasant experience. All were super helpful and ready to answer any and all questions. This was true from the time we made the purchase commitment to the moment we drove away with trailer in tow. And the icing on the cake is loving the travel trailer we purchased!

Always had very good experiences with Bretz RV & Marine. We bought our trailer from them. Anytime we need parts or propane we visit them. Will in the parts department makes sure we are well taken care of. They have a very knowledgeable staff & are always friendly. Love that Bretz comes to our Grand Design camping get-togethers in the Spring with their techs. Great customer service company.
