If you want a car, that you don’t own, dropped off in your front yard…this is your place. Your tow truck driver and his girlfriend will dump someone else’s car in your yard and claim that a minor that doesn’t live at your home got instructions from someone inside your home to drop the car in your yard. When you call to complain you will be promptly informed they will handle the issue on “their end“ but, they aren’t coming back to move the vehicle. Completely unprofessional company and it’s only going to cost me $125 to have the vehicle moved so I can handle getting the car that I don’t own out of my yard on “my end” added some photos of where the vehicle was left and the size of the driveway it could have been left in instead of the front yard.

Very professional on the phone and in person, the guy that pulled my car out of the ditch arrived in pretty good time, got the job done quickly, and I was back on the road in no time.

Roadside assistance call, had a flat tire in a department store parking lot. They arrived on time. Nick was very polite, made sure spare tire had correct amount of air, changed the tire quickly. Highly recommend Brian's Towing.

Was stranded on the highway with a trailer, called this company and they made us a priority!! Came in 30 mins of booking and bam I was hooked up and gone!!! Cory went to take the trailer off the truck and made sure where we wanted and was easy with our stuff. He came in and just assured we were ok. We were in full panic mode and he calmed us down. And empathized with the situation. He went out of his way to keep traffic away from us and kept us safe. Amazing experience and damn good people!!!!
