Bought a new Ram 2500 from Dustin. He was awesome to work with and everyone there went above and beyond to make it a smooth transaction. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Brickners Park City if they are looking for a new vehicle!

Sales Manager Jonathan Fricke was great to work with and made the vehicle buying process painless! He followed up regularly, but was not pushy at all. He was patient and had the vehicle ready and detailed to perfection when I arrived to purchase. Finance Manager Les was equally as great to work with and got me a better APR than my own credit union!! Thank you guys again! I love my new Jeep!

Unfortunately the poorest vehicle repair I have experienced. Purchased a new vehicle and returned for issues to be repaired. Actually returned 4-5 times for a loud rattle in the front. Was advised they replaced every part possible and possibly that’s just the way this vehicle is. When they replaced the front struts it developed an additional noise and messed up the alignment something terrible. Response was sometimes new parts need to be broken in. (Noted in the service report) After returning to correct the alignment the secondary noise went away. When asked what about the extra tire wear due to the alignment error the service manager shrugged his shoulders and walked away. After several months with no follow up, I went to another Jeep service department and they fixed the original issue

Buyer beware! If you purchase a used car from this dealership, be prepared for them to take no responsibility for issues that arise. I am filing complaints with the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency because the only response we received from the manager was, “She drove it off the lot.” My 84-year-old mother purchased a used Honda Pilot from them. She was told the car had been checked and was in good condition. Only a few days later, the check-engine light came on. When she took it to a trusted mechanic, she learned the vehicle had multiple issues—including basic maintenance like an oil change not being performed. I called the manager to advocate for my mother so she wouldn’t be responsible for 50% of the repair costs after only owning the car for three days. He repeatedly insisted t
