Josh saved the day when I ran into a car problem 2 hours from home and no one else could help. He dropped me off at the office and picked me up when the repair was finished. The repair bill was significantly less than anticipated. He did a great job and is extremely trust worthy. I would highly recommend him.

I had an emergency while traveling like another review that was able to leave five stars for this establishment. Arrived at 5PM on a Sunday by tow. Could not afford a hotel room and do not have friends or family in the area to assist me in an emergency. I was 67 Miles away from home and unable to drive my vehicle without causing permanent engine damage. Was quoted $400-600 by my insurance company and by my AAA coverage to be towed all the way home. My policies only covered tows to the nearest auto shop. The complete lack of disregard, compassion and human decency I just experienced attempting to get service from this shop after waiting in the parking lot in sub-freezing temperatures for 15 hours left my jaw shivering and on the floor. If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would! My car’s entire system started failing and shutting down. I barely made it into O’ Reilly’s parking lot at around 2pm and my car wouldn’t start again. This awesome lady that worked there pulled her own car around to jump my car, then tested the alternator and found that I needed a new one. I had no idea where to take it and needed to be somewhere important by 5pm. She said I could try Northside Auto and ask for Josh. I drove there, turned the car off and then realized they were closed and I was now stranded in their parking lot.I was about to panic when a guy pulled into the parking lot and said he was about to head out and forgot his wallet. It turned out to be Josh. He asked me if I would like the alternator fixed right now! He priced

Excellent professional service. I had been stranded at the R store truck stop. I had done over $1000 in repairs the month before and suspected the starter was still an issue. I bought a starter and a friend who had offered to help put it in decided not to show. I called several garages refusing to help. But Josh showed great care to me and came and put the starter in for $150. I decided to give him an extra $50 because he ordinarily doesn't do onsite work. Happy Holidays and thanks very much Josh!

Had my battery light come on while driving on the interstate, pulled off at the first exit available and made it to O'Reilly's where they tested the batteries and alternator. The alternator failed and so I called Northside Auto hoping (fingers crossed!!) they could do an emergency alternator repair. Thankfully, they could but just as I was getting into the truck to drive there, it died. Northside Auto came to me and jumped my truck enough to be able to drive it to their shop, where they quickly got the repair done for me. I appreciate their above and beyond help so much!!! I was traveling with my elderly parents and their kindness and skill definitely helped me make the best of the situation I was handed. Thank you so very much!!!!
