The employees here are very considerate and seem like nice people. The owner is great and extremely knowledgeable. Take photos before bringing your car in from an accident in case something is off when you get the car back. I think everyone should do this for all mechanics or collision companies. Bricon willing to work with you if something was missed when the car is finished. The way they are not defensive and are willing to fix issues is why they deserve 5 stars. They care about their customers and do their best to get cars finished in a timely manner. The shipping delays are usually why cars take so long to get fixed and they can't control that. They are really easy to work with and the guys at the front desk are polite. I will be back if I need something else fixed.

Exceptional! I would recommend Bricon to everyone. John, the owner, is amazing! The whole staff is great. My 2 cars were hit and both should have been totaled, but he was able to save one. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! It came out brand new.

I went to this facility last week, very worried and with a million questions, but I met Jeff at this nice facility, and he guided me with all my issues. I was in a bad car accident; he took his time and examined my vehicle, and did an outstanding estimate report for the insurance company. Very good communication, and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. I highly recommend this facility for any auto body repairs.
