I've been going to Plaid Motors for the better part of 20 years now and have never been disappointed. Great quality work, no matter what it is. Johnny and the boys at Plaid care and it shows. Id recommend w 10 stars if I could.

Car towed here after my daughter's accident. Plaid was friendly, professional, and as quick as they can be waiting on parts. Went above and beyond making sure her car was safe. Even a wash and wax! Highly recommended.

Have been here twice the past 6 months for unrelated things. Very good experience each time, the owner John is a good communicator, friendly and thorough, takes you through all the options no pressure. He explains very well everything that was done to repair the issue. Good price, reasonable and completely worth it for the expertise. The second time I went they were able to fix a tricky issue with the sunroof, really took the time to make sure it was resolved which I appreciate. Would go back anytime, professional and pleasant experience each time.

Plaid Motors is a great auto body shop and then some. John, the boss is really great. He is very down to earth, is very knowledgeable, listens to you, and you never feel rushed. . He wrote up an estimate, which I was very happy about. I called with a problem with my driver's side window, and John just said, "Stop by when you can, and I will take a look at it." I have not had my body work done on my car as yet due to physical issues, but as soon as I can, I will get over there. I have all the confidence in the world that John and his workers will do an excellent job on my car. While I was there, I saw how deliget and hard-working his workers were at paying attention to detail. Again, Plaid Motors is the place to go to get your body work done. John and his son along with everyone else who works at Plaid Motors are incredible. They helped me fix my car after a small accident did not rip me off with prices in fact made me order a part online cheaper versus making me pay the much higher price from where they would have to order it. They are professional, have great customer service, and a beautiful chocolate lab who greets you when you walk in! Great job guys! They even buffed some scratches out for me for free. Highly highly recommend. Never had a body shop actually care and talk to you like you are human before.
