I purchased an SUV during the fall. Right off the bat I had issues with the vehicle and had it brought back the first week. It was worked on and they not only drove it through a toll (which I was never advised of; causing it to go to collections cause the bills were going to my old address) but right after it was given back to me; it had even more issues within the next few weeks. I’ve had my vehicle in the shop several times; already racking up well over 2k in services (that aren’t covered by the extended warranty) and currently in the shop with serious work needing to be done and cannot afford to fix all of it so the car is now useless. I had been on the look for an Nissan Altima. I found one on their website and gave them a call. Their customer service was excellent over the phone, and in person through-out my entire experience. There where a few cosmetic issues with the car. They insured it would be fixed and he fixed everything promises to me. I dealt with Yohan. He was so nice start to finish. Also their prices where the best around. I've had no trouble with my car so fair. He even drove to Beverly, at my work to pick me up and bring me back ot the office so I could pick up my car! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I've been purchasing new & used cars for over 30 years, and this is the best car dealership I've ever been to. No hidden fees, solid vehicles, straight forward no pressure sales. They went way above and beyond, even so far as pulling my fiancée's car into a garage bay to repair the A/C while we were there to pick up the vehicle I purchased. Jose was genuine and friendly.. (The type of person you instantly want to invite over for Thanksgiving dinner.) I'm telling everybody I know looking to purchase a car to check out this place first.

Just purchased a 2019 Ford Edge. Yohran went above and beyond to meet my financial budget and I was driving off the lot with an SUV 7 days after our first conversation and it has all the perks I wanted. Sold me my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, and have been nothing but kind and helpful. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place to buy a car, get mechanical work done, or body work. They fixed up my jeep after I was rear ended as well and it is perfect! Absolutely amazing people.
