If it was possible to leave less than one star, I’m more than happily would nothing like going and paying $3000 on a $1100 car to take it to a shop four days after being purchased for them to tell me $5000 worth of work needs done on it because The Cadillac converter is bad and needs replaced immediately due to safety with driving on the car and then the AC rear line needs completely replaced because at some point the lines were damaged and broke and they hung them back up with a wire hanger and electrical tape so that the Freon wouldn’t leak out as fast so the AC would hold a semi charge and there’s nothing better than one of the sales associates when I called to mention these problems with them for them to admit that they knew it was broken

I was very skeptical looking for cars at a buy here pay here lot. A whole lot of rust and cracked windshields. I was very pleasantly surprised when we found something that my wife really liked. We did have a few problems but they took very good care of us. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again. (the bi-weekly payments are a bit unusual though...) UPDATE: Honestly, I spent years thinking this place was "cheap junk." Truth is, I have now bought two good vehicles from them. No lemons. Yes, they do check them out and sell mechanically sound vehicles. Maybe not the best price you can get and they might not be perfect to look at but they have earned my trust and respect for providing an important buy here pay here service.

I'd give them 0 stars but that's not an option. I just bought a car from this dealership and the car has major transmission problems. They were able to hide it long enough to where they just popped up. Don't buy cars from this place. They're crooked and they only want money. Save yourself the time and don't get scammed by them

Excellent customer service. I broke down in Lexington and needed to leave my car there while I returned to Michigan. Jeff told me he would take care of things. A good old handshake to seal the deal. He was easy to stay in touch with and handled getting my car to the repair shop. He made sure everything went well and worked with me to arrange a pickup of my car. All of this done with the agreed upon terms with no surprises. It was nice to know there was someone I could trust on the other end.

I highly recommend! Very good place to buy a car ! Dave helped me pick out a car a few years back ! Love it and recently I came back to bridge street to Dave again yea ! I’m so excited to be driving in a great looking, low mileage, mini van with my grandkids ! I so appreciate you guys !!
