I didn’t want to believe the negative reviews and I gave these people the benefit of the doubt but the negative reviews are spot on. I recommend going to the local county office instead, better customer service and fewer unnecessary requirements. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The representative helping me was clearly not in a good mood and lacked basic customer service skills. The requirements they impose are unreasonable. For example, to register a vehicle, they require you to be the primary policyholder on the insurance even if you're already listed on the policy. The DMV itself doesn’t have such strict rules, which makes it feel like they're just trying to push you into buying insurance through them. Very frustrating overall.

Very rude. Pls I recommend going to weslaco department of motor vehicles! Very nice and friendly staff! Don’t require a lot of information. Person that attended me lacked customer service skills. Very dissatisfied.

Long wait. Was given a form for a registration renewal/title transfer when i went for a disability plac card. Not friendly at all. Just go to your local tax accesor office. Save time and money. They charge higher fees.
