I will always go to them for my car repairs. They are truly the best and worked with me every step of the way. I had a coupon that expired the day I arrived, and after sitting in traffic for four hours due to unexpected delays, they still honored it. They were extremely communicative, personable, and professional throughout the entire process. I felt valued as a customer, and that kind of service is rare. Highly recommend!

New to the area and got a mailer for this place. Went off the previous reviews and I concur- excellent experience. My service advisor was Amber. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Received an estimate via text after an explanation of findings. Came in for an oil change and requested a check up. I had the opportunity to read through the recommendations and elect the services/repairs I wanted to move forward with. Amber gave clear communication and set clear expectations for the length of service. Saw many walk-ins taken during my wait so if you need something looked at this could be your place to try! They were very accommodating. Prices were in line with what I have paid for similar services in other states. I can’t provide feedback in comparison locally.

Bright Star was excellent! I stopped in without an appointment to have a tire checked due to a low pressure incident. They were fast and very courteous. They spent their time to make sure my tire had no punctures, broken valve stem, or leaks of any kind. On top of that, they didn't even charge me for their time. I can't thank them enough for giving me peace of mind on a trip from out of town. I wish they had locations in Florida, where I'm from. High quality.

Brought my 2014 Chevy Tahoe in for a wheel bearing replacement and sway bar link. Couldn't have asked for better service and prices. Was given a full vehicle inspection for FREE and received a line by line sheet of issues. I dropped my truck off at 9am and they were done by 1130am. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. I'm glad I've found a reputable and honest shop. I'll definitely be back.

Great service, great prices. I use to let a mobile Machanic work on my last vehicle, just for him to tell me something else was wrong with it, not to mention he always over charged me. Someone recommended Bright Star automotive and when I purchased my second vehicle, I took it in and they’ve been my repair shop for my Nissan Altima ever since. Professional staff and great Machanics. I almost know everyone’s name too. lol.
