Bristol Automotive

Moved to Bristol a few months ago and stumbed upon Patrick. Had my first regular maintance at his shop and will definitly keep going back. He got my car in very quickly and did great work. Patrick explains everything very clearly and is very friendly. On top of everything else the shop boss, his dog, has to be the friendliest dog in Bristol. Totally positive experience.

Honestly the best mechanic I’ve been to on so many levels. He is honest, kind, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate being able to text instead of playing phone tag when my car is in the shop. The pricing is fair, and he is always reasonable and stays in line with his quotes, taking the full scope of the work into account to minimize surprise costs. Service has consistently been fast and professional, and I’ve always felt well taken care of.

Patrick is so great! I had messaged him about looking at a car for my sister because she needed a reliable vehicle to get my niece to medical appointments, sometimes those appointments are at the Bostons Children’s hospital! On the day of meeting he messaged me to let me know that the car was making a noise and he needed to fix something with the muffler, he was great about communication! We came to check out the car and it was in great shape, sounded perfect and was even undercoated which is a plus in this state! Patrick was very kind and knowledgeable about cars, he’s certainly a very experienced mechanic! 10/10 would recommend for work on your car or to purchase a vehicle from!

Staying in town temporarily for work and had my power steering pump go out. Messaged Patrick on a Saturday and he was instantly responsive telling to to get in touch Monday when he opened. Dropped my truck off and it was ready to go the next day. Even had an oil change done while it was in. Great customer service and super quick for being short notice. Very much appreciated and would use again no question. Thanks!!

Bristol Automotive is an amazing shop! Patrick and his dog will take excellent care of you and your vehicle. I have been bringing my cars here for years and always had a great experience. 5 stars.
