Thad is a great person in general, I had a minor issue with an unnecessary warning light for tire pressure and he showed me exactly how to tell the car that I had checked the pressure and everything was fine. Just took almost 5 minutes out his day to do it for free. Amazing.

Thad is the actual best! I rolled in there with my electric scooter that had a missing bolt, and Thad was so nice that he found a bolt that fit, slapped it on there, and sent me on my way. 10/10 would recommend!

On my way to Warren, my Subi died in Bristol. It was an incredible stroke of good Karma that this happened directly in front of Thad’s. Thad helped get my car into his shop and recognized that the alternator was the problem. He was able to order a replacement and get me on my way in an hour and forty five minutes. He literally salvaged my day. Thad stopped what he was doing and dealt with my problem. Kind, efficient, and skilled. Highly recommended.
