Staff in “Heajthcare” aka subacute rehab is over worked, under paid. APN doesn’t respect patients requests. Administration, overall is avoidant of patients. I asked to speak with Director of nursing and was told there wasn’t anyone in that position, then I was given a name. I have had a severely negative experience at this facility. Almost none of which had to do with NURSES, AIDES, PT, OT & Dining room, patient care staff !

Zero star. Mismanaged unprofessional nightmare facility. Staff turnover is extremely high. Very very very poor communication and follow through by ALL levels of staff. Aides are not trained properly. And nurses are understaffed in IL, AL, Nursing at Tapestries unit.

I went to visit a friend who resides there. The living units were very nice. I toured the entire place. The store, the dining room, the gift shop as well all the open areas.

BEWARE!!! Please do your research in this place before bringing your loved ones here. Unfortunately, for my friend she has lost over $125,000 to this place and every year the rates are well above 5-6% or more. This place steals from these elderly people. If these prices are starting over $3000 or depends on how much you pay upfront. Regardless, they take a percentage or all which happened to my friend.
