Briteway Car Wash

I got “The Works” and it did the job well. This was all winter’s grime and salt caked on the suburban, gone in 60 seconds.

I have a black 2024 grand Cherokee that is already completely scratched on all 4 doors. You can see the very fine scratches especially in the sunlight. Extremely disappointing

Was treated excellent after a group of birds decided to use my car as target practice. Was not fully clean the first time and was offered to go back through to finish the job at no cost. The light show was pretty cool too!

My go to car wash, but every once in a while it doesn’t do a good wash for some reason. Today was one of those days. The washer stopped near the end and i had to get out of the wash by putting my car in gear. When I hot outside I could see very little of my car was dried off. This is the same every time. You need to dry and wipe down the entire car to get it dry. If you don’t and drive away your car will have water spots everywhere when you get to your destination. Also after drying the car by myself I noticed a film on my windows, they were dirtier than they were before I went into the wash. So I had to go home and wash all my windows again. This was my go to car wash until last week. My car was still dirty & full of dirty water spots! I could not wipe them away! A lady drove up next to my car after her car was washed & came over to see if my car was left dirty like hers! Her car was even worse! She went back in line to have it washed again. I didn't have that kind of time! I wasted $24 on the worse car wash I've ever had! Very surprised & disappointed by this experience! What happened Briteway Car wash? Are you reusing the water? Makes no sense
