The entire staff here is great. Rick- I think hes the manager- has always been very helpful and accommodating. I live pretty close by so sometimes I'll pull up with a small issue and they always help me out.

The gentlemen at the counter are always pleasant and helpful. They explain what work will be done, keep me posted on progress, and then recap what was done, what is needed in the near future, if anything. The work is done in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Rest room is available, and vending machines. I have been going to Sullivan Tire Norwell for several years, and through several cars, and always a pleasant experience. Much more so that at a dealership, in my opinion (and I come from a family of "motor heads." Tires, are important, and I always get mine at Sullivan, but their mechanic work is also excellent. Five. Stars by far. Very friendly staff. Long story short I bought a used truck that had wide wheels on it and when I put my snow plow on and lifted it up, the wheels were hitting the fender. I found this out about six hours before a snowstorm, I called these guys and they fit me in within an hour of closing and were able to put new tires on my stock wheels so I could swap them out and plow that night. Will be back for sure
