Honestly such a great company to deal with. I was looking at buying slash cut tips for my 2025 Triumph Bonneville T120 and had a ton of questions about installation. I emailed the team and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with David Painter. The service I received was honestly second to none, David went above and beyond, not only answering every question I had but also explained how to get the ECU to complete its self diagnostic. I fitted the Slash Cut tips today and they sound amazing, the videos don’t do them any justice. I will do the rest of my planned mods using British Customs even though I’m not in the same country, both staff and product are top notch. Again special thanks to David what an asset to British Customs.
David provided 10/10 customer service. I booked from Norway on Saturday and got my products 5 days later (all taxes, mva was included in the price). Two thumbs up!
Do NOT waste your time buying anywhere else! My husband and I get all our Triumph parts from British Customs after other places never fit quite right. Plus the shipping is fast and customer service is great!
excellent quality , perfect fit 👌 sound is subjective , I like a loud bike 😆 clutch cover is quality too . Great communication 3 emails and one from the owner. wish you were on the east coast but still pretty fast shipping
Have bought their things through retailers, first time straight from them. Still in disbelief of how nice their customer service is. The seat didn’t fit immediately, we reached out through email and they replied same day. We talked it over and lo and behold, seat installed. Can’t compare their seat with OEM, EVERYTHING about theirs is superior, even the plastic is better. The lip to catch under the tank is metal, as opposed to the plastic in the OEM. The leather is thick and seems hand sawn and the padding is thick. Amazing. Support is knowledgeable and funny. Bottom line is I wish I had infinite money to build infinite triumphs just to keep interacting with such nice people.
