British Italian German Motors

This shop is seriously top tier with everything they do. They are always so thorough, careful, detailed, and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t trust my cars anywhere else but here! I have owned European cars for many years and am plenty well versed in their typical problems and the extensive maintenance that they require. British Italian German always makes sure to take care of my cars like they’re their own; and for that I’m always so grateful! I know here that I can drop my car off and not stress about whether or not it’s in good hands, because I know it is.

I have used British Italian motors for the last three years for service on my Audi. I truly believe they are completely honest and helpful with all their service and do excellent work. I rely on them to tell me when I need servicing on my car no, they’re being honest with me. Never tried to upsell. That means a lot in today’s world.

Aa a first time owner of a foreign vehicle, it was a bit surprising at what it costs to have a new turbo put into my car. We are so thankful for the service and expertise that British Italian German Motors provided. They gave us a loaner vehicle while working on the repairs and although we had an additional issue once the turbo was completed, they got the part ordered and job completed in another day and a half. Thank you so much. Car is running like a dream.

It is comforting knowing that the mechanics have genuine interest in our cars leaving me, knowing that things that I might not have known need to be done, have been addressed as well as the main thing that I took it in for absolutely wonderful clean vehicle upon return.
