Britts Auto Repair

Extremely disappointed with the way elderly are treated here. We were given an estimate for a repair of 500.00 and advised Britts she will have to save and penny pinch for a few months because the customer was on a very fixed income. She cut costs and saved and scheduled the repair a few months after the quote. When the car was dropped off for the repair it was emphasized at the repair cannot be more than $500 or she will not be able to afford to have the repair done. Two days later, she was called to pick up the car the repair was complete. She gets there was advised the cost is now almost $1000. They did not call her to let her know that the cost doubled! She had to ask for help from numerous people to pay this repair shop. They should have called if it was more than 500 and definitel

My Maxima was acting up and wasn’t quite sure what it was but Britt’s guy was able to diagnose a faulty alternator pretty quickly. I let the shop replace it and they were almost $100 cheaper than everyone else I had checked with. While replacing the alternator they seen my coolant was low and added some and did that for free. They had my car repaired in an extremely timely fashion and I’ve been driving it everywhere without any issue. I would highly recommend Britt’s Auto Repair to anyone looking for affordable and reliable service on their auto.

Extremely great service! Went above and beyond, squeezing us in right before closing, to mount and balance a tire for us that was separating. 🙂
