I have taken my car here for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. They are reasonably priced, very flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups and they will service what you want and not try to sell you something. I greatly appreciate a small garage like this. Highly recommend. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I’ve been to Broad St Tire and Auto three times now, and I have been impressed with their customer service, transparency, and speed every time! I once took my car here for a second opinion after two overpriced mechanics told me I had to get something fixed for exorbitant amounts of money, and they were the only ones to be honest with me and tell me there was nothing wrong. They didn’t charge me a dime for that either! One of the few trustworthy mechanics in the area.

Yesterday-3/2/26 my vehicle passed inspection today—3/3/26 engine light is on. I called them to see if they would offer to take a look incase something left open or whatever it maybe, the lady who answered the phone said the inspection and what they did had nothing to do with my engine light coming on and it would cost me $85 for them to take a look. I made an appointment but I want another opinion. I’m done with them and hope it’s nothing major they done to force us to spend more $$. I find it *suspicious* just a day after a full state inspection plus oil change are done to a car that had no issues and passed inspection— to engine light coming on. I’m beyond disappointed! More so because they offered no help just incase they messed up by leaving something open or loose.

I had a very disappointing experience with Broad Street Auto. I asked them to reattach a piece of trim on my car, and the owner later said the work was complete and the car was ready for pickup. After I paid the bill — which also included charges for new filter installations — I went outside and found that the trim was still sitting on my front seat and hadn’t been attached at all. I went back inside and asked why I had been told the job was done when it clearly wasn’t. The owner simply said she was “sorry,” but didn’t offer any real explanation. I also asked for a correction to the bill because they charged $70 for a “diagnostic” related to the trim. I did ask them to briefly look over the fluids and let me know if the car needed anything, but the owner claimed that alone justified the

These guys are the best! I had an emergency situation and had to get towed to somewhere near by and ended up here. That was 2 years ago and they've done nothing but amazing work for me since on two different Subaru Foresters. The prices are fair, they're clear about what is necessary, and they're so incredibly nice. Bonus that there is often a pup in the shop which makes me smile every time!
