Broad Street VPA

Took great care of my MK2 VW Golf when it was taking on rainwater. They were very straightforward with me on what needed to be replaced and the final bill for service was very near the estimate originally given. Certainly not cheap, but neither was the fantastic work they did on my vehicle. When my antique is in peril, I will call them first!

I was on a camping road trip with my family when my Eurovan wouldn't start. We called 6 local shops and no one had time to diagnose the problem. Broad St. got us in right away and quickly found a problem with the crankshaft position sensor. Had the part in stock and got us back on our way. Saved our Father's Day camping trip! Would give 10 stars if I was able to.

Very thorough communicative been very happy with the service. The only reason I give 4stars is because once (I’ve used them several times) I had to have a new exhaust and cat installed. They quoted me $3200 I bought the part from the same distributor for $1800 (they probably get it for less) and had it installed at a muffler shop for $300. They do an amazing job but I guess it left a bad taste in my mouth. You can have it good, fast, or cheap never all three.

I have brought in my 2006 Jetta TDI a few times for diagnostics when no other place could figure out the issue. They are extremely knowledgable and honest and would recommend to anyone who has a VW. Nate also does a great job explaining an issue in terms that anyone can understand.
