We spent $1000 on a set of tires in June, 2025. We called today asking for help after running over nail. They said they could see us in a week. Not cool. Will never use again.

Extremely disappointed. Been taking 3 vehicles here for the last several years. One of them started making a noise so wanted to get it looked it. Mechanic supposedly looked at it and couldn't figure out what was making the noise and suggested we take it to a dealership. The problem is he wouldn't tell us what was actually checked or what steps were taken to diagnose the problem so we have no idea what if anything was done. I had already had the exhaust looked at by another shop to rule that out as a potential cause of the problem. The notes on the receipt say we indicated it's a transmission issue which is the opposite of what was said when the vehicle was dropped off - clearly we weren't being listened to. The receipt also says fluids were topped off, I currently have no windshield washer

The lady I work for has stopped in multiple times when we are out and about to get her tire pressure checked. The guys are always so sweet and obliging. Thanks for assisting so cheerfully!

Personnel declined my offer to show them where my vehicle had a problem. I trusted that they would find it and get it repaired through my verbal explanation. Unfortunately they offered to take a closer look with me, only after I had to immediately return it. A part was replaced without fixing the significant problem that I brought it in for. These guys do fine work, just not at a personal level that takes priority in assured communication

They really helped me get my car back on the road and made sure it was quick and affordable. I was actually surprised at the cost, I expected way more. Friendly guys, quality service, solid pricing.
