Top of the line customer service. Everyone was so nice. The building was clean. They picked me up. Detailed in what my price w was. Stayed in my budget. I will be buying my children’s car from here. Making sure I fully understood everything about my buying my car.

I purchased a brand new 2025 ram 1500 laramie night edition from Broadway Chrysler in Novemeber. They were very communicative during the purchasing process. I was told the pickup would be all cleaned up and ready to go. When I arrived, the vehicle was filthy. I was told they would detail it while I was signing the papers. After the papers were signed we went outside to look over the vehicle. The pickup box sides were completely scratched to primer and it was covered in hail dents. They told me they hadnt had hail so it must have happened while being shipped to there dealership. Jackson told me to take the truck and they would fix it up the way it should be in NEW condition. Over a month later they finally came and picked up the truck to do the repairs. I also had ordered a brake controller

I searched several states for a specific truck and found one here. Jackson did a great job with sending me extra photos and videos of the truck. Really great communication and very easy process. I was in and out in no time. Thanks again

So I went to Broadway today to have our current vehicle serviced and to discuss our options once the lease is up. I talked with sales consultant Tricia Johnson whom was the person whom we dealt with last time. She sent me home with a new pickup. The process went smoothly. The whole team there made for a very seamless transaction. We appreciate their customer service very much and will be returning to them when it's time for a new lease again.
