I went in to Brockton Cycle center looking for a Road Glide and possibly trade in my bike. I met with Jim and Scott ( the GM) great people really easy to deal with. They had me financed and out the door on my new bike in a little more than an hour. They made it seamless and any issues I had were very quickly dealt with. The tech Jordan is amazing. Great people great service.
Steve thank you, it was easy and painless. That is all a customer can ask for!! Great guy, very calm,cool, and collected and hope he’s getting the money he deserves. Any sales store is lucky to have him.
Bought a 2014 Harley Sportster 1200 custom in September 2020. Bik was in great shape! Jim and Scott were very helpful along the way. Bike was delivered to my house with no issues. Only comment would be it took a while the day I went to pick up the bike, as they were short staffed.
Bought a Harley Dyna in March of 2020, my first motorcycle. John has continually followed up with me to make sure everything is all good, and providing sound advice on modifications or adjustments. Even going as far as clutch and brake adjustments so the bike responds better than ever, and taking care of an electrical issue cause by a short. Thank You for making me feel at ease with my first motorcycle purchase!
Love this Dealership, They gave me a chance with a good credit to buy my dream bike, Steve is dope !!
