I will never come back here. They literally ripped me off. I called them for a simple muffler delete aha they said $85-150 max on the phone, while I waited they didn't know i could speak Spanish and told the guy to charge me more because it was a nice car and i looked like i had money. When the car was done the guy to told cashier to charge me $400 And he was shocked as well. Fool me once shame on you, but now you completely lost me as a customer. Intermountain muffler does way better work amd wayyy cheaper and has nice exhaust you can purchase i Onhand and they are located down the street. Only reason I didn't go to them first is because they were closed. They did my other cars

if i could give them 0 stars i would. they took advantage of me and charged me 200-300 for an allignment. Which btw my car still isn’t aligned my tires are wearing down and my car doesn’t drive straight anymore. ontop of that none of my dashboard lights were on but once i got my car back from them FOUR lights were on including my check engine and abs. not to mention somehow my cruise control was disabled. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

Owner seems like a really nice guy. I had a moment to chat with him while my car was on the lift. Manager/guy in charge was quite disrespectful and snarky to say the least. We were discussing some exhaust work and the manager gave me a quote on welding 2 pipes which I provided and had fabbed and mandrel bend already to facilitate my resonators delete. The only thing I needed was a couple welds on a part that require little to no work involved but the welds, I was quoted 200$ for 25-30 minutes of work; it was a Saturday and I had little to no choice due to my Monday-Friday work schedule. Upon paying for the work the snarky manager had the audacity to say “you are rich and you’re crying about the price” Imagine a business saying that to a paying customer. Truthfully I couldn’t care less

I got an alignment done 3 weeks ago. They pretended to be checking the car. However within 2 weeks my tires started wearing out on the inside. Took it to a mechanic found out one of the tie rods is bad. Got that replaced i went back to tell them that their inspection wasn't reliable. They still charged me to for another alignment. If they did their job right the first time i wouldn't have spent as much. Who on earth align a car with bad tie rod. These guys will. Both of their alignment messed up my tires they either do positive camber or negative. Never do it right.

DO NOT trust this business with your car. They replaced a muffler and destroyed the manifold gasket to the engine and when shown pictures and proof from another dealer they didn’t want to reimburse us. The owner Victor Santos only wants your money buyer beware. Spend a little more and go to a reputable place and not this chop shop.
