This past Saturday I called this business and talked to Zach regarding my Echo weed eater and a line feed problem. He said to come over and he'd look at it. Upon my arrival he not only looked at it but he fixed it while I was there. Needless to say that if I have any other issues with the weed eater, or my blower which is also an Echo, these guys will fix it. When it comes time to retire my CC riding mower I will be talking to them about a possible Columbia rider. I was very impressed with my first visit. Keep up the good work!
