Absolutely phenomenal service by Kevin for towing my car last Thursday night off of route 55. Great service by an family owned business with outstanding employees. JPG has always been good to my family and I when we needed them. I am truly grateful for all of the outstanding service you have provided to us. Simply the best! We were stranded and JPG responded to our 11pm call within 30 minutes in the cold and loaded our sprinter van on the back and took us 20+ miles away to the mechanic shop, and thawed us out in the warm cab. Super friendly and helpful, incredibly low price, this family run outfit can’t be beat on service or price. They were recommended to us by word of mouth by other towing companies who couldn’t make it out , and we were darn glad we called. Thank you !!

Just had a truck towed 30+ miles due to shifter cable issues. Everyone I spoke with at JPG were all very professional and polite. I guess it helped that I know a great deal about vehicles and towing for having never been in the business myself. When I first made the appointment to have the truck towed I told them that it was stuck in park and acknowledged the fact that, if they towed it with a rollback, they would have to drag it onto the bed. Or, if they used a wrecker, they would have to use dollies. The driver called me on his way to pick up the vehicle, as I was not able to be present for the tow, and seemed surprised that I answered all of his question before he asked them. I got my husband’s truck stuck in the snow on a hill. This company was the only one who came to help after I called several others. They were quick to respond and took care of it quickly. Highly recommend.
